As part of the its efforts to fulfill the objectives in which the Lawyers in Oil and Gas Network (LOGN) was created, it we would be organising an online training for private practitioners, in-house counsel, and government officials. This is to equip them in handling corporate challenges through this era of COVID-19 and beyond.
This training for the Nigerian stakeholders would focus on pervasive issues related to contracting, risk allocation, investment and economic impacts of Covid 19 on the energy industry. The central theme is: “ECONOMIC AND CONTRACTUAL CHALLENGES IN THE ENERGY INDUSTRY POST-COVID 19.” It is intended to have primary focus on Nigeria, while however thinking globally and drawing inspiration from other jurisdictions.
It would also focus on the aspects of economic perspectives on Nigerian energy industry, energy investment and asset integrity issues, economic modelling of Covid 19 impacts and mastering unprecedented uncertainties in the energy industry.
